All sound packs, drum kits, sample packs, and other digital products are delivered instantly after your purchase has been completed.
You'll receive:

- A download link to access your files.
If you haven't received your download:
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Ensure you entered the correct email address during checkout.
- Contact us if you're still unable to access your purchase, and we'll be happy to help.
Custom Album Posters
Every poster is printed to order before it's shipped.
Production Time
Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be printed, carefully packaged, and prepared for dispatch.
Shipping
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
Delivery times vary depending on your location and local postal services.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs processing, weather conditions, or seasonal postal delays.
Tracking Your Order
If tracking is available for your shipment, you'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. If your tracking hasn't updated for a few days, this is normal. Carriers can take 24–72 hours to scan and update tracking information after collection.
My Order Hasn't Arrived
If your estimated delivery window has passed, please:
1. Check your tracking information.
2. Check with household members or neighbours.
3. Contact your local postal service.
4. If you're still unable to locate your order, get in touch with us and we'll investigate the shipment.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number.
- Photos of the item and packaging.
- A brief description of the issue.
We'll work with you to arrange a replacement or another suitable resolution.
